Chef de Partie

We are looking for someone who has the drive to assist our Head chef at The Angel Inn, a leading food destination in Sussex. The successful candidate will support and work alongside our Head Chef and our market gardeners in Mereworth to develop fantastic food offerings with local & ethical provenance.

The successful applicant will be working closely with the Head Chef and Sous Chef and will be part of the process of menu development and delivery, compliance, stock ordering and rotation.

Candidates will preferably have a proven track record as a Chef De Partie and will be able to demonstrate an understanding of consistent delivery of great food.They will be enthusiastic with a positive ‘can-do’ attitude and a passion for delivering great food and exceptional service every day.
